I waited to long to get my oil change

I was originally interested in an Envista or Chevy Trax since they are sister vehicles, but decided against them since they come front wheel drive only and, since I live on a hill, thought I'd be better off with all wheel drive. The dealership had several leftover 2024 Encore GX Sport Touring on the lot which were being discounted to move. I had been eying them for about a month before I chose to make an inquiry. My salesman, Ric Tereso, came highly recommended by a few mutual friends, so I stopped in to see him. The deal came together rather quickly which was satisfactory to both parties. After coming out of a 20 year relationship with a local Ford dealer, I was very satisfied with the way I was treated at Bob Pion!

Brought car in for a door entry problem. They noticed a leaky water pump which could have caused an unexpected breakdown later on. Alerted me to other items needing attention.

Through no fault of your own, the job took longer than expected. I can't say enough good things about Joe from the service department. He kept me updated through the entire process, and got me the most from my warranty.

One of best service jobs I have had to be done. The vehicle runs very close to expections for a 2016 vehicle. An expected bonus was the cost was lower than I thought it would be, very much less.

I brought my truck in for an oil change. They had a problem with the drain plug. After speaking with the service representative. They assured me that the problem would be resolved at no cost to me. Their professionalism and resolving this issue stands alone in their customer service.

Easy to deal with

People were friendly and service was timely. Someone took us to a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast while our car was serviced, then he picked us up when the car was ready. Good service!

All depts were cordial and excellent customer service; from the salesman (Paul) to the Finance Mgr (Chris) to the all the service dept members (their names escape me at the moment). Would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I started coming to your service dept about 2 years ago. I purchased my Tahoe from a local Chevy dealer and had the worst experiences. I had heard from a friend how happy they were when dealing with your dealership. I can say that I have been treated with such respect and Joey has been amazing to deal with. He always calls me with updates and I have never been surprised with charges or repairs. I also met Chris Shattuck who will be working with me as I want to purchase extended warranty. They installed update for $170.00 And I still can't see goggle maps on screen. New phone plus screen On phone says unstable connection. Change cord 4 times Still problem.

Service was efficient and straight forward. Staff was pleasant and professional even for the first appointment on a Monday morning! I expected to stay longer than I actually did, which is always a plus.
