I was taken on time and service was done at a decent time. Service manager also answered some questions I had on my new car. I am not saved on electronics, so he helped me out. I was very grateful for the help.

More expensive than independent repair shops, as you would expect, but everything is done right with OEM parts and I never have to bring it back because they failed to fix the problem. So in my opinion, worth it. Excellent communication and everything went as they said it would.

Everyone at Bob Pion has been wonderful. In 2020, we switched servicing our cars through them, and won���t go anywhere else. The service dept. is top notch. They don���t overcharge for things our cars do not need. Everyone is very friendly and polite. They do incredible work. We���re so pleased, when we need to trade in our cars, it will be at Bob Pion. We���re long time Buick owners, and will continue to go to Bob Pion service and sales for all our current and future Buick needs. Thank you

The salesperson, Paul, and the dealership did a great job finding us a truck and getting it ready for us to purchase. We have bought many cars in the past, and this was one of the best transactions. Kyle was excellent. Kept me informed throughout the repairs (lifters replaced at 120K, front brakes/rotors replaced). However, I am experiencing vibration when braking now. Perhaps warped rotors were installed?
