Confirmed Service Customer
I was not impressed with the service that I did not receive. They had my vehicle for 12 days for 2 problems and was never done, one of which could have been done in 1 hour but I was told that they did not have a technician for the job. I brought the vehicle home and fixed it myself. I don't think that I will ever return to Bob Pion in Chicopee unless it's an Emergency. Gil
