It was okay. They called to explain where they were at with the work. What the didn't do washave a understandable bill. How everything added up to over $800 and we had to pay $617 was confusing. The as I looked deeper into it along with the bill not showing our coupon made me question the bill. After calling and explaining everything and having to speak to 3 different people, my bill was changed to $318. Had I not questioned the billing, I would be out $300. Something wrong with that.
