I love Nancy and Kyle!!! They are always so friendly, courteous, and professional... Nancy and Kyle get 5 stars ***** But whoever the technician was that serviced my car left the back windows open (fortunately it didn't rain while my car sat in the parking lot) and left the wheel key on the console instead of returning it to the glove box. And the glove box was left a mess by the technician simply pulling the key case out without regard to the orderly manner the glove box was in when he opened it. A little more respect for people's property would go a long way.
