Great service check in experience. Very pleasant and professional. Gentleman Went over what was to be done, total cost and expected time of completion. Suggestions for customer experience, improved WiFi as it wasn’t working in the waiting area and increasing TV channels to watch. A car wash coupon for people waiting for extended service visits would be a plus
