I started looking for a specific GMC truck at another dealer but they couldn’t find one so I came to Pion as I had bought 2 cars there about 30 years ago. They found 2 trucks within about 20 minutes that were what I wanted and also agreed to my trade- in figure. They got the truck in and I picked it up a few days later. Couldn’t be happier with the deal, sales person and everyone else involved.

It was super busy there. My car got what I asked for, but I had a lot of questions about my "new-to-me" Buick. I did not feel I could ask because it was so busy and it felt like they wanted me to move along. I probably won't be back and will try the dealer who is further away in Vernon, CT for my future needs.

Battery(s) replaced…..cost $850.00! I understand overhead costs etc, but $400.00 for labor seems to be quite excessive for the service performed. Also, I was charged $20.00 for two bolts! I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Bob Pion on several occasions, and the service has been excellent. But cost might make me look at other options. Thanks
